Group Therapy

I will be running group therapy sessions in Waterford Health Park beginning in May 2011. Groups will be limited to 10 people per group and I hope to facilitate groups in the following areas, subject to demand:

• Anxiety/Panic Attacks
  
• Anger Management
• Bereavement
• Depression
• Self Esteem

Each therapy group will run for 10 weeks and the cost per individual is €15 per week or €120 in advance. Please contact me for further details on:
